Lamb Koftas
Princi's home-made Suffolk Lamb Koftas are the perfect quick and easy meal.
Koftas is a Middle Eastern dish made from mince lamb and spices.
How to cook:
1. Heat your pan with olive oil until you can feel a good heat rising
2. Cook for 3 - 4 minutes on each side or until golden brown
We recommend serving the Koftas with yogurt and spiced flat bread.
Each Koftas weighs around 200 grams.
