About Our Suffolk Lamb

Our lamb comes from a private farm at Treeton, located just 10km inland from Cowaramup in the South West of Western Australia. The dedicated team on-site carefully tends to the lambs daily, following a strict feeding program to ensure the best quality and flavour. With Joe overseeing the entire process, every lamb is raised with exceptional care and attention. This results in tender, delicious lamb that showcases the rich heritage and high standards of our region. It’s the P. Princi tradition of quality, upheld since 1950.

Are your lambs grass-fed or grain-fed, and where are they sourced?

Our lambs are grass-fed and come from a private farm at Treeton, located just 10 km inland from Cowaramup in the South West of Western Australia.

How long will fresh lamb last in the fridge?

Fresh lamb should be consumed within 2–3 days when stored in the fridge at or below 4°C. For longer storage, freezing is recommended.

Can lamb be frozen?

Yes, lamb can be frozen. Wrap it tightly in freezer-safe packaging or butcher’s paper and store at -18°C or below. Thaw in the refrigerator overnight for the best results.
