Our Signature Porchetta features tender pork belly rolled with fillet and seasoned with our Italian-style marinade of herbs, garlic, and spices. Sold fully cooked and ready to serve, it’s perfect for catering, family gatherings, or any celebration. Prepared fresh with care by P. Princi Butchers, continuing our tradition of quality since 1950.

All Chef Cory’s Cooking Corner items are pre-cooked, vacuum sealed and served cold, with a minimum order of 3kg. Please note that your product will not be hot when you collect it and will need to be reheated at home. For the best result, keep the product whole when reheating and place it in a 180°C oven for 10–15 minutes maximum. Avoid reheating for longer than recommended, as this may cause the product to dry out.
