Crafted from premium Berkshire pork, it’s sourced from a private free-range farm in the Wheatbelt region near Kellerberrin, just 200km east of Perth.

Naturally smoked and prepared in-house using traditional methods, each ham delivers rich, nostalgic flavour and exceptional quality in every slice. Perfect for festive celebrations or long summer lunches, our hams are available whole or as a half ham, with sizes to suit any gathering:

HALF HAM (4–6kg) – Feeds up to 9 people

How To Cook: Bone-In Ham

Place your bone-in ham on a clean cutting board. Using a sharp knife, make a shallow cut around the shank (narrow end) and carefully peel away the skin, keeping as much fat intact as possible.

Lightly score the fat layer in a criss-cross (diamond) pattern, about 5 mm deep. This helps the glaze penetrate and ensures beautiful caramelisation.

Brush your preferred glaze generously over the scored fat, making sure it fills the cuts for maximum flavour.

Preheat oven or BBQ to 160°C (fan-forced). Place ham in a roasting pan or on the BBQ with the lid closed. Bake for 30 minutes, brush with another layer of glaze, and continue cooking for 20–30 minutes until golden and sticky. Optional: baste occasionally for a glossy finish.

Allow the ham to rest for 10–15 minutes before slicing. Serve warm or at room temperature with your favourite sides.

Store in a damp ham bag made by soaking in 2 cups water + 1 tbsp vinegar. Rinse and re-soak every 3 days. Keep in the fridge ≤ 4°C and only slice what you need to maintain freshness up to 3 weeks.

How much notice do I need to give for my Christmas order?

We require a minimum of 5 days’ notice before your order is ready for collection.

Can I get my Christmas order delivered?

Unfortunately, no. During December and January, we will not offer delivery, so all orders must be collected in-store from our Bicton Shop.

How do I place my Christmas order?

It’s simple! All Christmas orders are placed in-store, just as we normally do. Simply come in and see
one of our friendly staff members — they’ll help you with your order.

Once it’s placed, you’ll receive an email from Ezi Manager. Please keep this email handy, as you’ll
need it (along with your order number) when collecting your order.

Please note: our online store is separate from our in-store ordering system. Any items ordered
online will go through a different process.

Can I order my Christmas products hot?

Unfortunately, no. At this time, we are not offering hot pick-up. All items will be sold raw, except for Hams (excluding Gammon Ham).

Is there a minimum order for Christmas?

Yes, the minimum spend for Christmas orders is $100.

What do I need to bring when collecting my Christmas order placed online?

Simply show your online order confirmation and provide your full name and order number to our
staff, and we’ll have your order ready for collection.

What happens if I don’t pick up my Christmas order on the day I said I would collect it?

The team will contact you to confirm that you’re still collecting your order. We will keep it in the fridge, but please let us know if you don’t plan to pick it up on the scheduled day.

What do I need to bring when collecting my Christmas order placed instore?

You’ll need to bring your proof of order, including your order number and receipt for the deposit
paid.You’ll also receive an email from Ezi Manager, which you’ll need to show when collecting your
order.
