FAQ

Your questions, answered.

How long will fresh chicken last in the fridge?

Fresh chicken should be consumed within 2–3 days when stored in the fridge at or below 4°C. For longer storage, freezing is recommended.

What’s the best way to thaw chicken safely?

The safest way to thaw chicken is in the refrigerator, allowing it to defrost slowly overnight. Avoid thawing chicken at room temperature, as this can encourage bacterial growth. If you need it quicker, you can thaw it in a sealed bag placed in cold water, changing the water every 30 minutes.

Do your chicken marinades contain gluten, dairy, or allergens?

Most of our marinades are gluten and dairy free, however some may contain allergens such as soy, sesame, or mustard. We recommend checking the product label or speaking to our team for specific allergen information.

Are your chickens free-range?

Yes, we proudly source our premium free-range chickens from Mount Barker, Perth, ensuring the highest quality, great flavour, and strong animal welfare standards.
