Our Chicken Satay Stir Fry is a quick, tasty meal featuring tender chicken strips marinated in our signature satay flavours—perfect for a vibrant midweek dinner.

  1. Heat a tablespoon of oil in a large frying pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the chicken satay strips and stir-fry for 4–5 minutes until cooked through and lightly browned.
  3. Toss in your favourite extra veggies, broccoli florets, snap peas, carrots, or baby corn. Stir-fry together for another 3–4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  4. Pour over any extra satay sauce if desired and toss to coat everything evenly.
  5. Serve immediately over steamed rice or noodles.
