Our Gluten-Free Marmalade & Maple Glazed Ham is a festive showstopper, combining traditional flavour with a modern twist. Made using premium Berkshire pork from a private free-range farm in the Wheatbelt region near Kellerberrin, 200km east of Perth, each ham is generously coated in a handcrafted glaze made in-store by our chef.

The glaze blends sweet Australian marmalade with rich maple syrup, creating the perfect balance of citrus brightness and caramelised depth. Naturally gluten-free and full of flavour, this ham is ready to serve and guaranteed to impress, a stress-free, flavour-packed option for your Christmas table. Available in a range of sizes to suit every table:

Preglazed Ham: Preparation & Heating Guide

Set your oven or barbecue to 160°C (fan-forced). Line a roasting dish with baking paper or foil for easy cleanup.

Cut through the skin around the shank end, leaving the skin on.

Gently peel away the skin, keeping the fat layer intact.

Lightly score the fat in a 5mm criss-cross pattern to help glaze penetration and crisping.

Brush your chosen glaze generously over the scored fat.

Place in the preheated oven or BBQ (lid closed) for 30 minutes. Remove and brush with a second layer of glaze, then return to cook for another 20–30 minutes until golden and caramelised.

Allow the ham to rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve warm or at room temperature.

Place in a damp ham bag (soaked in 2 cups water + 1 tbsp vinegar), re-soaking every 3 days. Keep refrigerated at ≤ 4°C. Slice only what you need to maintain freshness for up to 3 weeks.

How much notice do I need to give for my Christmas order?

We require a minimum of 5 days’ notice before your order is ready for collection.

Can I get my Christmas order delivered?

Unfortunately, no. During December and January, we will not offer delivery, so all orders must be collected in-store from our Bicton Shop.

How do I place my Christmas order?

It’s simple! All Christmas orders are placed in-store, just as we normally do. Simply come in and see
one of our friendly staff members — they’ll help you with your order.

Once it’s placed, you’ll receive an email from Ezi Manager. Please keep this email handy, as you’ll
need it (along with your order number) when collecting your order.

Please note: our online store is separate from our in-store ordering system. Any items ordered
online will go through a different process.

Can I order my Christmas products hot?

Unfortunately, no. At this time, we are not offering hot pick-up. All items will be sold raw, except for Hams (excluding Gammon Ham).

Is there a minimum order for Christmas?

Yes, the minimum spend for Christmas orders is $100.

What do I need to bring when collecting my Christmas order placed online?

Simply show your online order confirmation and provide your full name and order number to our
staff, and we’ll have your order ready for collection.

What happens if I don’t pick up my Christmas order on the day I said I would collect it?

The team will contact you to confirm that you’re still collecting your order. We will keep it in the fridge, but please let us know if you don’t plan to pick it up on the scheduled day.

What do I need to bring when collecting my Christmas order placed instore?

You’ll need to bring your proof of order, including your order number and receipt for the deposit
paid.You’ll also receive an email from Ezi Manager, which you’ll need to show when collecting your
order.
