P. Princi Veal GF Crumbed Schnitzels
Serves 2–4 | Prep: 5 min | Cook: 6–8 min per batch

Add 2–3 tbsp neutral oil (vegetable or canola) to a large frying pan over medium–high heat. Warm until shimmering but not smoking.
Push 2 lightly crushed garlic cloves (skin on) into the oil and add 1 tbsp butter. Swirl until melted and fragrant to infuse the fat.
Lay the P. Princi Veal GF Crumbed Schnitzels in a single layer. Fry 3–4 minutes per side, basting with the garlic-butter oil, until golden and crisp. Cook in batches if needed.
Transfer schnitzels to a wire rack or paper-lined tray for 1–2 minutes. Lightly season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Plate with lemon wedges, a sprinkle of chopped parsley, and your choice of sides—classic mash, salad, or crispy fries.
