Our naturally cured, bone-in Berkshire hams are a festive favourite and best-seller, made using premium Berkshire pork from a private free-range farm in the Wheatbelt region near Kellerberrin, 200km east of Perth.

Carefully cooked with the skin on and traditionally smoked in-house, these hams are bursting with flavour and boast a beautifully tender texture that makes them a standout on any Christmas table.
