Traditionally smoked. Locally raised. A true Christmas centrepiece. Our naturally cured, bone-in Berkshire hams are a seasonal favourite and consistent best-seller, crafted using premium Berkshire pork from a private free-range farm in the Wheatbelt region near Kellerberrin, 200km east of Perth.

Naturally smoked and prepared in-house using time-honoured techniques, these hams are rich in flavour, perfectly tender, and a true reflection of WA quality. Each ham comes fully cooked and pre-scored, making it ready to glaze with your choice of finish – simply add your glaze and roast for a golden, caramelised result. It’s the perfect blend of tradition and convenience. Available in a range of sizes to suit every celebration:

HALF HAM (4–6kg) – Feeds up to 9 people

Pre-Scored & Pre-Glazed Ham: Heating Guide

Serves 6–10 | Prep: 5 min | Cook: 50–60 min

Place the pre-scored, pre-glazed ham in a roasting pan lined with foil or baking paper. No need to remove skin or score further.

If desired, brush additional glaze of your choice over the scored fat to enhance flavour.

Preheat your oven or BBQ to 160°C. Bake the ham for 30 minutes, then brush with more glaze and continue cooking for 20–30 minutes until the glaze is golden and sticky.

Remove the ham and rest for 10–15 minutes before slicing. Serve warm or at room temperature.

To store, use a ham bag: mix 2 cups water + 1 tbsp vinegar, soak the bag, place the ham inside, and store ≤4°C. Re-soak every 2–3 days and slice only what you need.

How much notice do I need to give for my Christmas order?

We require a minimum of 5 days’ notice before your order is ready for collection.

Can I get my Christmas order delivered?

Unfortunately, no. During December and January, we will not offer delivery, so all orders must be collected in-store from our Bicton Shop.

How do I place my Christmas order?

It’s simple! All Christmas orders are placed in-store, just as we normally do. Simply come in and see
one of our friendly staff members — they’ll help you with your order.

Once it’s placed, you’ll receive an email from Ezi Manager. Please keep this email handy, as you’ll
need it (along with your order number) when collecting your order.

Please note: our online store is separate from our in-store ordering system. Any items ordered
online will go through a different process.

Can I order my Christmas products hot?

Unfortunately, no. At this time, we are not offering hot pick-up. All items will be sold raw, except for Hams (excluding Gammon Ham).

Is there a minimum order for Christmas?

Yes, the minimum spend for Christmas orders is $100.

What do I need to bring when collecting my Christmas order placed online?

Simply show your online order confirmation and provide your full name and order number to our
staff, and we’ll have your order ready for collection.

What happens if I don’t pick up my Christmas order on the day I said I would collect it?

The team will contact you to confirm that you’re still collecting your order. We will keep it in the fridge, but please let us know if you don’t plan to pick it up on the scheduled day.

What do I need to bring when collecting my Christmas order placed instore?

You’ll need to bring your proof of order, including your order number and receipt for the deposit
paid.You’ll also receive an email from Ezi Manager, which you’ll need to show when collecting your
order.
