Marmalade & Maple Glazed WA Award–Winning Berkshire Hams (Naturally Cured) – Bone-In, Traditionally smoked. Locally raised. Glazed to perfection. Our Marmalade & Maple Glazed, naturally cured, bone-in Berkshire hams are a festive favourite, made using premium Berkshire pork from a private free-range farm in the Wheatbelt region near Kellerberrin, 200km east of Perth.

Each ham is cooked with the skin on and traditionally smoked in-house, then finished with our house-made glaze, a vibrant blend of sweet Australian marmalade and rich maple syrup, crafted fresh by our in-store chef. This signature glaze delivers a perfect balance of citrus and caramelised flavour, complementing the natural richness of the pork and creating an effortless centrepiece for your Christmas feast. Available in a range of sizes to suit every celebration:

HALF HAM (4–6kg) – Feeds up to 9 people

SMALL (7–9kg) – Feeds under 10 people

MEDIUM (9–11kg) – Feeds 10 to 20 people

LARGE (11kg +) – Feeds 20+ people.

Preglazed Ham Preparation & Heating Instructions

Set your oven or barbecue to 160°C (fan-forced).

  1. Score the Shank - Using a sharp knife, cut through the skin around the shank end, but leave the skin on for now.
  2. Remove the Skin - Gently peel away the skin by sliding your thumb between the skin and the fat layer beneath.
  3. Score the Fat - Using a sharp knife, score the exposed fat in a criss-cross pattern, about 5mm deep. This helps the glaze penetrate and crisp the surface.
  4. Apply the Glaze - Generously brush your chosen glaze over the scored fat.
  1. Initial Bake - Place the ham in a roasting dish or on a BBQ with the lid down, and bake for 30 minutes.
  2. Reapply Glaze - Brush on another layer of glaze, then continue baking for an additional 20–30 minutes, or until golden and caramelised.

Rest Before Serving: Allow the ham to cool slightly for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

How much notice do I need to give for my Christmas order?

We require a minimum of 5 days’ notice before your order is ready for collection.

Can I get my Christmas order delivered?

Unfortunately, no. During December and January, we will not offer delivery, so all orders must be collected in-store from our Bicton Shop.

How do I place my Christmas order?

It’s simple! All Christmas orders are placed in-store, just as we normally do. Simply come in and see
one of our friendly staff members — they’ll help you with your order.

Once it’s placed, you’ll receive an email from Ezi Manager. Please keep this email handy, as you’ll
need it (along with your order number) when collecting your order.

Please note: our online store is separate from our in-store ordering system. Any items ordered
online will go through a different process.

Can I order my Christmas products hot?

Unfortunately, no. At this time, we are not offering hot pick-up. All items will be sold raw, except for Hams (excluding Gammon Ham).

Is there a minimum order for Christmas?

Yes, the minimum spend for Christmas orders is $100.

What do I need to bring when collecting my Christmas order placed online?

Simply show your online order confirmation and provide your full name and order number to our
staff, and we’ll have your order ready for collection.

What happens if I don’t pick up my Christmas order on the day I said I would collect it?

The team will contact you to confirm that you’re still collecting your order. We will keep it in the fridge, but please let us know if you don’t plan to pick it up on the scheduled day.

What do I need to bring when collecting my Christmas order placed instore?

You’ll need to bring your proof of order, including your order number and receipt for the deposit
paid.You’ll also receive an email from Ezi Manager, which you’ll need to show when collecting your
order.
