Cooking Guide

How to Cook Beef Burgers

Our burgers are made fresh daily in-store, using quality cuts for that juicy, full-flavour bite. Here’s how to cook them perfectly at home:

  • 01 Bring To Room Temperature
  • 02 Preheat Your Grill Or Pan
  • 03 Season Simply
  • 04 Cook
  • 05 Rest
  • 06 Assemble

Take the patties out of the fridge 15–20 minutes before cooking to ensure even cooking.

Get it hot and ready to sear the patties.

Although our patties are already seasoned, feel free to add a pinch of salt and pepper just before cooking.

Grill or pan-fry the patties for about 3–4 minutes per side for medium-rare, or longer to your preferred doneness. Avoid pressing down on the patties to keep them juicy.

Let the burgers rest for a couple of minutes after cooking to redistribute the juices.

Load up with your favourite fresh buns, cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles, and sauces.
