How to Cook the Perfect Eye Fillet Steak

Eye fillet (tenderloin) is prized for its buttery tenderness. For best results, remove your steak from the fridge at least 30–60 minutes before cooking so it reaches room temperature—this ensures even cooking and a better crust.
