How To Cook Girello Cutlets

Below is a simple recipe to help you make delicious cutlets using Girello.

  1. Slice the Girello into thin, even cutlets (about 1cm thick).
  2. Lightly dust each cutlet with flour, dip into beaten egg, then coat with golden breadcrumbs.
  3. Heat a drizzle of oil, garlic & butter in a pan over medium heat and cook cutlets for 2–3 minutes each side, until crispy and cooked through.
